OTA Practices and Policies

REGISTRATION FEE

Each course fee includes mandatory, non-refundable registration fee of $50. This fee covers administrative operational costs. It is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled or rescheduled by OTA training prior to the course start date.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Group discounts are provided as follows: Group of 3 to 5 students: 10% discount of the price of course. For larger groups higher discounts can be negotiated.

REFUND POLICY

If student cancellation is received prior to 5 business days before the beginning of the course, OTA Training will refund the entire course fee, minus a $50.00 registration fee. Cancellation requests received within 5 business days of the course start date will not be refunded. A one-time substitution is allowed in lieu of cancellation and the new student must register and pay the $50 registration fee. If the student cancels within 5 business days and does not locate a substitute, OTA Training will as a courtesy provide the student with licensed copies of any materials that would have been provided to the individual had they attended the course.

Each course is carefully monitored to ensure sufficient enrollment to cover the costs of instruction and materials. Should low enrollment occur, cancellation decisions are made 5 business days prior to the course start date. OTA will immediately notify students of a course cancellation and the student will have the option to request a full refund or select another scheduled course date.
